RETURN POLICY

In the rare case that you do not love your Potato Hugs products, here is our policy on returns:
Eligible products can be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.
You can initiate a return by logging into your PotatoHugs.com account and raising a return request.
To initiate a return:
Log in to your account → Go to My Orders
Click on Return for the item you want to return
Fill in the required details and submit the return request
You will receive a confirmation once your return is initiated
After your return is approved and the product passes the quality check, we will process your refund
Prepaid Orders: Refund will be issued to the same payment mode used during purchase.
COD Orders: Refund will be provided as Store Credit on PotatoHugs.com.
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us a photo of the damaged product along with the barcode within 48 hours of delivery.
Not all products are eligible for returns. Items marked as Final Sale are not returnable.
Returns will only be picked up once approved by our customer care team.
ADDITIONAL RETURN CONDITIONS
Unboxing video is mandatory.
Return product packing video is mandatory.
Refund/Exchange will be initiated only after quality check.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges can be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.
Exchange can be requested online through your PotatoHugs.com account in the My Orders section.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging & tags.
You can exchange your order for a different size (subject to availability).
Exchange option will be visible only for products eligible for return.
If exchange is not possible due to size unavailability, you may proceed with a return instead.
If there is a change in the product MRP, the exchange request may not be available.
